| SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR GRAIN MILLING FOR DISTILLERIES |
The First Silo Storage Bin is provided to ensure that a uniform quantity of material is fed into the system, as there is likely to be the Capacity chosen is 2T which is equivalent to the consumption of the systems of grains of grains for a period of 30 minutes.
The Rotary Feeder with Variable Speed Drive is provide below the silo to regulate the feed of material into the System. Variable Speed Drive is provided so that the Operator can vary input depending upon the downstream condition, as this the only process beyond which all the operations are continuous.
In-spite of the fact One Hammer Mill will meet the Capacity requirement we provide one additional standby Mill, as milling is the main operation and there is likely to be some down time to change the Screen of Hammers etc. In that case other mill can be immediately put into operation, maintaining continuity of production and flow of material. This is especially a must in case you are going for jet Cooker. Any pulverizing produces the particles of different sizes. Various Alcohol Technologist & Consultant have different view regarding the preferred size of particles. To meet different types of requirements, a Sieving Machine is provided on line so that the coarse particles can be separated from the powder and fed back into Hammer Mill for regrinding. This will ensure that the milled product is fairly uniform particle size so that it makes downstream activity easier. The fine product is collected in the Storage Bin.The storage Bin has 2 Outlets where 2 Rotary Feeders are connected.
Consistency in water powder ratio is essential in proper saccharification. We include a complete ratio controlling system by which flow of powder can be independently controlled once again depending upon the downstream conditions. An automation is included to control flow of water into the Mixer so that powder water ratio is maintained as desired. If you are likely to use different types of grains containing different percentages of starch, it is essential to have variation in powder water ratio.
Two Weigh hoppers are provided below the Storage Bin suspended on Load cells the information from which is given to a P.C. The discharge rate can be controlled automatically by altering the speed of Rotary feeders which is coupled to a Variable Speed Drive controlled controlled by P.C.
Weigh Hoppers are alternatively filled and discharged and maintain continuous flow of powder and proper weighment of powder all through the day. The flow of water is regulated by motorized Valve and the flow is measured by Flow Meter and giving necessary signal to PC so that it can take corrective action by operating the motorized valve for altering the flow of water as required.The above system ensure that a properly consistent slurry is produced as proper ratio of powder and water is maintained.
The powder and water are fed into a SS Screw Conveyor Premasher which (both Conveyors & Mixers) has a Screw for conveying the paddle for mixing. The outlet can either be connected to another Agitator or taken for further processing as desired.

At PREMIUM PULMAN, we manufacture different type of Size Reduction Equipment. For GRAIN MILLING, we manufacture Special Type Mill MIRACLE MILL - NHM (NFS HAMMER MILL). With proper selection of TIP SPEED of Mill and SCREEN, the GRAINS are ground to required size and further MILLED GRAINS are passed through ROTARY/VIBRO SCREEN to get the desired particle BAND of FLOUR. The oversize is REFFED to MILL.

Further to increase screen area, this portion is also made hinged type so liner portion could be replaced by perforated screen for some applications. The remaining portion of upper half is hinged, can be opened for easy access to inside the mill for changing screens and hammers without disturbing the installation. |
