It is a three conveyors-in-one unit to convey any material which is driven by a single drive vertically-horizontally. It is best suitable for materials like powders, granules, mud etc. It can also carry various mixture of powders without separating them. It can also carry sticky material such as mud.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The 's' type conveyor can only be installed in a single plane. The drive parts are mounted at top end of the conveyor. The twin chains travel inside the box on rails at the required speed. The carrier plates are welded perpendicular to chain, during horizontal movement of chain the carrier plate pushes the material horizontally along the conveyor carrying chain, when the chain travels vertically the carrier plates will carry the material upward. During the movement of chain at the bend the material will be pushed to end and carried upward.
