Miracle Mill

SALIENT FEATURES

These mills are designed to give higher out-put.
Mills are designed as direct coupled or V-belt/Pulley arrangement to get designed speed to suit the
application.
Extra large/thick double ended star type grinding elements can be given in different alternative
designs for special application.
The hood is provided with special arrangement to facilitate easy opening for changing
Screen/Hammers arrangement.
All models are available either with bottom discharge arrangement or with co-axial fan/independent
fan.
For Pneumatic conveyance cyclone, Dust collector, Feeding arrangement, Rotary air lock valve &
Magnates are provided in the mills.
Mills are manufactured in M.S./S.S. construction.

Pin Mill

The FEED MATERIAL is FED into CENTRE of ROTOR and is conveyed to the PERIPHERY through series of BEATER PLATE , thus gradually reducing to find powder. SCREEN DRUM fitted around ROTOR, permits ground material of desired FINENESS to come out of the MILL for collection.

Models PPM - 06,08 & 10 are designed for small capacity output and usually are FED manually through Feed TRAY and a collection CABINENT with BALOON. The ground material is falls in to cabinet. The mill is stopped and material is collected.

It is a close clearance, high speed, compact hammer mill ideal for grinding a wide range abrasive, nonabrasive and fibrous materials.
	These PULVERISER are designed, manufactured and supplied in keeping the need of industry. Instead of installing number of pulverisers in SERIES with COMMON FEEDING and COLLECTION, industry had demand for LARGE SIZE MICRO PULVERISERS to economize on MAN POWER AND SPACE occupied for the purpose. They are made in BIGGER SIZE DIA and WIDTH of GRINDING CHAMBER. Size & the number of SWING TYPE HAMMERS are in cooperated to achieve HIGHER OUTPUTS. Universal

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
This is a very common and standard MILL for grinding many materials. The grinding is effected in a highly turbulent air, starting from inside edge and ending on the out side edge of the grinding bars. Because of air intake and circulation during grinding the material does not get heated.

The turbulent air carries the fines through the sieve opening. The mill has stator and rotor. The rotor is perfectly balanced. The stator is in drum from and has both liners which grind the material and sieve which permit the pulverized particles to escape out of grinding chambers. The material fed in the center and discharged is from periphery. By varying the r.p.m. of rotor and feed rate fineness and out put are controlled.

The PREMIUM UNIVERSAL MILLS are more ENERGY FRIENDLY that means the power consumed per TONNE of production is less compared to other MILLS. The ONLY ROTATING PART is BLAST ROTOR and hence maintenance is simple and economical.

The TIP SPEED of these MILLS is higher compared to similar MILLS, the AIR CURRENT GENERATED is high and greater SUCTION FORCE and FINENESS. UNIVERSAL MILLS are compact in SIZE, and are manufactured, in TWO SERIES.

a. BAR TYPE BLAST ROTOR

PREMIUM UNIVERSAL MILLS are provided with BAR TYPE BLAST ROTORS. The BARS are either STRAIGHT BARS or INCLINED BARS. The speed of BLAST ROTORS, Type of BARS will decided FINENESS of end products. AS shown in the picture BARS are FITTED in ROTOR END DISCS and are FIRMLY LOCKED.

b . PLATE TYPE BLAST ROTOR

The blast Rotor is same but the GRINDING TOOLS are in the shape of PLATES as shown in the picture Beside the SPEED and CLASSIFIER SCREEN Size of HOLE the distance between outer EDGE of BLAST ROTOR and CLASSIFIER SCREEN DRUM will beside the FINENESS of END PRODUCT.

C. FULL SCREEN CLASSIFIER STATOR.

This is FULL SCREEN DRUM. SCREEN is fixed between TwoRINGS and BARS are SCREWED on END RINGS to RENFORCE and SUPPROT the screen. The size of SCREEN is selected as per requirement of FINENESS.

D. SCREEN CUM TRACK STATOR

This has SCREEN of required HOLE SIZE and GRINDING TRACKS (SERATTED SEGMENTS). The portion of such TRACKS is decided upon the fineness of END PRODUCTS and type of product.

These MILLS have small diameter ranging from 160 mm Ø to 300 mm Ø.
These MILLS have either FEED TRY or FEED HOPPER are mounted on CABINET or stand. A provision for AIR BALOON is provided for AIR to ESCAPE.
LAB MODELS are usually CABINET MOUNTED and PRODUCTION MODELS are mounted on RECTANGULAR STAND. These models are BOTTOM OPEN TYPE (B.O.T) and BLAST ROTOR and CLASSIFIER STATOR can be given in S.S. CONSTRUCTION.

SENIOR SERIES PREMIUM UNIVERSAL MILLS

These mills are in BIGGER DIAMETER ranging from 500 mm Ø to 1000 mm Ø, H.P. of MAIN MOTOR will depend upon model, capacity, Fineness of END PRODUCT and type of material.

These MILL are provided with SCREW FEEDER for uniform and regulated flow and are suitable either for MECHANICAL DISCHARGE / CONVEYING or PNEUMATIC CONVEYING Depending upon.

Vetilatted Hammer Mill

Specially Designed For Fine Malt Milling For Breweries

This is HORIZONTAL TYPE HAMMER MILL. The raw materials with moisture content (more than 5 %), also requiring FINE GRINDING, our VENTILATED HAMMER MILL is found to be ideal.

The raw materials like MALT, BARLEY, SORGHUM and other cereals, having little higher percentage of moisture (upto 12%) are ground in these MILLS. The high FORCED VENTILATION occurring into the grinding chamber provide COOL grinding compare to VERTICAL HAMMER MILL. The temperature increase during grinding operation is minimal and hence ideal for milling adjuncts having more percentage of moisture.

Feed Hammer Mill

With our many years of experience in the field of manufacture of Pulverising equipment of different types to suit individual requirement, we have now designed and developed a special type Hammer Mill, for heavy duty service to Pulverise Cattle and Poultry Feed, which gives a production rate of 1 MT/Hr., 2 MT/Hr., 5 MT/Hr. and 10 MT/Hr. for material having Bulk Density of 0.6 gms/cc.

The Mill can also be used for grinding other material, but capacity will differ depending upon type of material, its Bulk Density, feed size etc.

PREMIUM WET- MILL (HYDRO MILL) is specially designed to grind SALT of required particle size. the purified BRINE is also FED along with SALT and hence the mill is also called WET-MILL or HYDRO MILL.
The SALT CRYSTALES have IRREGULAR and SHARP CORNERS. Any MECHANICAL CRUSHING of SALT CRYSTALES will always be in IRREGULAR and SHARP CORNER EDGES.

FREE FLOWING SALT requires NEAR ROUND and REGULAR SHAPE besides its DRYNESS.

PREMIUM DRY MILLS are designed for DRY FINE SALT and ALLIED materials in Salt Refineries. After CENTRIFUGING and DRYING, SALT is passed through VIBRO SCREENS.

The desired SALT PARTICLES are collected and packed but almost 30% of SALT LUMPS are retained on SCREEN, need to be GROUND in DRY MILL.
DRY MILL is specially designed to grind such AGGLOMERATES in required particle size.
The SCREEN DRUM allows SALT PARTICLES to pass when they are reduced in desired size.
The STATAR and ROTOR are made in S. S.304/316 construction.
The Mill BODY and Cover is LINED in S.S. and HOPPER and FEEDER are made in S.S. construction.
