THE PLASTIC PROPERTY GENERALLY MEANS THAT THE MATERIAL CAN HAVE PERMANENT DEFORMATION OR CHANGE OF SHAPE. IN SIMPLE WORDS IF A PLASTIC GRANULE IS HIT BY GRINDING ELEMENT , IT BECOMES FLAT WITHOUT BECOMING POWDER.

SO, TO GRIND PLASTIC MATERIAL SUBSTANTIAL CARE IS TO BE TAKEN. THE GRINDING CAN BE DONE PREDOMINANTLY BY SHEAR AND ESSENTIALLY UNDER COOL CONDITION.

SUITABLE STRUCTURAL PLATFORM IS SUPPLIED FOR EASE OF OPERATION. ELECTRIC PANEL, AIR LOCK VALVE IS PROVIDED AS OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT.

PREMIUM DISC MILLS are HEAVY DUTY SHOP FABRICATED RUGGED CONSTRUCTION. The MAIN BODY have easily openable FRONT HINGED DOOR with GRINDING DISC. This GRINDING DISC have SERRATIONS and is provided with WATER JACKET for COOL GRINDING. The MAIN SHAFT is MADE out of EN-8 material and have ROTATING SERRATED DISC. These DISC are made out of EN-41-B material and are DYNAMICALLY BALANCED and are ADJUSTABLE. The mills is can be CLEANED EASILY.

The MILLis Provided on BASEFRAME. The MILLS are SCREENLESS and have OUTLET at the BOTTOM which can be connected with suction FAN through Proper DUCTING for PNEUMETICCONVEYANCE.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The material in GRANULAR FORM is FEED either MANUALLY (SMALL MILLS) or FEEDING SCREW. VIBRATOR FEEDER through Feeding Hopper in the Mill (LARG SIZE MILLS). The material is ground between TWO SERRATED DISC. The material is ground due to SHEARING and ATTRITION. The MILL is SCREENLESS and hence there is no HOLD-UP and hence NO CHOKING and NO EXCESS HEAT GENERATION. The type o SERRATION FACILITATEGRINDING.

DISC MILL IN PLASTIC GRINDING SYSTEM FOR ROTO MOULDING POWDERS.

The GRANULATES are PULVERIZED between Stationary and rotating SERRATED DISCS of DISC-MILL. The GROUND POWDERS are SUCKED by SUCTION FAN and are CONVEYED via Cyclone Collector. Through AIR LOCK VALVE POWDERS are SCREENING in VIBRO SCREEN. The oversize PARTICLES are REFED into DISC MILL.
