The demand of Industrial and Portable ALCOHOL is increasing day by day. The use of ALCOHOL for blended PETROL for automobiles, the production of ALCOHOL is further likely to increase.

Moreover recent decontrol of MOLASSES , Indian ALCOHOL producers are going for GRAIN BASED Distilleries.

At PREMIUM PULMAN, we manufacture different type of Size Reduction Equipment. For GRAIN MILLING, we manufacture Special Type Mill MIRACLE MILL - NHM (NFS HAMMER MILL). With proper selection of TIP SPEED of Mill and SCREEN, the GRAINS are ground to required size and further MILLED GRAINS are passed through ROTARY/VIBRO SCREEN to get the desired particle BAND of FLOUR. The oversize is REFFED to MILL.

Miracle Mills - VHM (Ventilated Hammer Mills)

This is HORIZONTAL TYPE HAMMER MILL. The raw materials with moisture content (more than 5 %), also requiring FINE GRINDING, our VENTILATED HAMMER MILL is found to be ideal. The raw materials like MALT, BARLEY, SORGHUM and other cereals, having little higher percentage of moisture (upto 12%) are ground in these MILLS. The high FORCED VENTILATION occurring into the grinding chamber provide COOL grinding compare to VERTICAL HAMMER MILL. The temperature increase during grinding operation is minimal and hence ideal for milling adjuncts having more percentage of moisture.

Pre Cleaners


GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

“ PREMIUM ’ PRE - CLEANER is for preliminary cleaning of all kinds of grains in milling plants, brewery and silo system. This machine is suitable for all kind of grains such as sorghum , wheat , Rice , soyabean , mustard etc. The powerful aspiration system situated at the side of the machine effectively removes light impurity and dust. Further the vibrating sieve removes stones, lumps of clay and other bigger impurities.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The grain cleaner is a combination of robust heavy duty grader and a powerful aspiration system. Material fed at the inlet passes through sieves which remove coarse and fine impurities. The clean material falls in the post aspiration chamber where the remaining dust particle and light impurities are remove by means of a powerful air current. Finally the clean grain is received at the outlet.The aspiration system comprises blower, Cyclone, Rotary Air Lock Valve and Dust Collector.

The separation of stone from grains is on the basis of specific gravity of the material. A stream of grain with unwanted stones is fluidized by air flow. The material is fed at the higher end and the clean grain is discharged at the lower end.

The stones having higher specific gravity sink lower and closer to the fine wire mesh deck.The oscillation of deck takes the stones towards the higher side where the stones are discharged. The aspiration system comprises Blower, Cyclone, Rotary Air lock Valve.


  Magnatic Separator



Permanent Drum Type Magnetic Separator is most useful non electric separator for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity for the purity of end products , recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery. These are widely used in all the processing industry for separation of iron contamination from minerals , chemicals , food flour, plastics, grains, sand, cement, fertilizers, abrassives, glass , slag , ores , rock , refractories and many other products.

WORKING PRINCIPLE & MAGNETIC SYSTEM

The Permanent Magnetic Drum consist of stationary Permanent Magnetic assembly having uniform and everlasting Magnetic field across the entire width of the drum, which is effective over approximately half the drum circumference.

Drum shell made of non magnetic stainless steel revolves around the magnetic field. As the material fed evenly from the chute falls over the drum, powerful magnetic field attracts and holds ferrous particles through the revolving shell. As the revolving shell carries the iron particles through the stationery magnetic field the non magnetic material falls freely from the shell while ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of magnetic field.

The strength of the permanent magnetic drum is guaranteed to be greater than corresponding electromagnetic Drum. The Permanent magnets used are everlasting magnets and its strength does not diminish during normal use and can be used through out the life of the installation.

Vibro Screens / Roto Sifters

VIBRO SCREENS PRINCIPLE :

Vibratory motion is the most effective method for screening. It causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring and stratification of material to be sifted. Feed material constantly flows in Horizontal motion along a loop pattern on Vibro Screen Surface. “PREMIUM” Vibro Screen Provides optimum screening and assures maximum federates and efficiency.

ROTO SIFTERS PRINCIPLE :

Material is screw fed into the cylindrical sifting chamber by means of a feed screw. The rotating paddles which
do not contact the stationary screen propel each particle through the screen by the action of centrifugal force.
The oversize material is conveyed axially and thrown at the other end. The machine thus separates the material
into two grades.

Construction of BIN ACTIVATOR

PREMIUM BIN ACTIVATOR is the most economical yet crucial piece of the equipment for smooth functioning of material handling / processing plants.

All are aware of the fact that how much frustrating and heavily expensive it is to have tons of material stored in a silo / bin that refuses to flow out readily, on demand.

PREMIUM BIN ACTIVATOR consist of a specially profiled discharge head with a baffle, above and in line with the discharge opening. It is flexibly hung from support ring by means of a number of hangers. A specially engineered GYRATOR is mounted on the discharge head to import high frequency - low amplitude vibrations.

These vibrations are isolated from the support ring by inbuilt isolators. Bellow type sealing sleeves on upper and lower ends ensure that there is no spillage of material.
