HIGH SPEED MIXERS/BLENDERS


The Batch Mixer is suitable for mixing various ingredients in food processing plants and feed milling plants. A double-ribbon type rotor and close tolerances between the rotor and the body guarantee a very high mixing uniformity. The rotor is ounted on heavy-duty bearings fitted on both sides along with bottom discharge arrangement.

It can function with a mixing efficiency of up to 1 in 1 million. Capacities range from 250 Kg to 2 Tones per batch, with mixing time of approximately 4 to 6 minutes.

Pulverizer is an upgrade version of grinder with a high precession manufacturing and fitting of high quality material with blower and cyclone to control dust.

Where there is a requirement very fine powder/ grinded product we recommend to use pulverizers.

PRE CLEANERS


GENERAL DESCRIPTION :


“ PREMIUM ’ PRE - CLEANER is for preliminary cleaning of all kinds of grains in milling plants, brewery and silo system. This machine is suitable for all kind of grains such as sorghum , wheat , Rice , soyabean , mustard etc. The powerful aspiration system situated at the side of the machine effectively removes light impurity and dust. Further the vibrating sieve removes stones, lumps of clay and other bigger impurities.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The grain cleaner is a combination of robust heavy duty grader and a powerful aspiration system. Material fed at the inlet passes through sieves which remove coarse and fine impurities. The clean material falls in the post aspiration chamber where the remaining dust particle and light impurities are remove by means of a powerful air current. Finally the clean grain is received at the outlet.The aspiration system comprises blower, Cyclone, Rotary Air Lock Valve and Dust Collector.

The separation of stone from grains is on the basis of specific gravity of the material. A stream of grain with unwanted stones is fluidized by air flow. The material is fed at the higher end and the clean grain is discharged at the lower end.

The stones having higher specific gravity sink lower and closer to the fine wire mesh deck.The oscillation of deck takes the stones towards the higher side where the stones are discharged. The aspiration system comprises Blower, Cyclone, Rotary Air lock Valve.

COOLERS

Before packing feed it is more important that our feed is at a required temperature and quantity of moisture is within required limits. The temperature imparted to the cattle feed in the process of their manufacture is very high, this high temperature assists the removal of moisture by the air drying process. So to achieve two required qualities we have to pass the hot pellet through a cooler. Our newly designed cooler has the capacity to cool each corner of each pellet.

ELEVATORS



Ideal for elevating of dry bulk materails Economically and Reliably, for Bins, silo or Machines. Standards models or custom built. Bucket Elevators are ideal for elevating a variety  and reliable. The two main types of Bucket Elevators are Centrifuge type and continuous type.

Extremely suitable for handling fine, free flowing materials. Lower feed point, simpler loading and lesser no. of buckets characterize the centrifugal type when compared to continuous. Buckets are on chain or belt and travel at high speed to effect discharge by centrifugal forces as they pass around the head pulley. The buckets are mounted at intervals on a chain or belt.

The elevators belts are normally friction surface belts on which the buckets are mounted. Buckets normally used are style AA malleable iron buckets. Drive is through staff mounted gear reducer with built –in back stop, or through geared motors with chain drive.

Buckets are mounted on chains, which are std. combination chains or steel side bar chains. Heat treated chains are also available. Buckets normally used are style AA malleable iron buckets. ROTARY VALVES

  BAGGING MACHINES


PREMIUM Bag Weigher is an essential equipment in units producing large quantity of powders and which is to be bagged for convenience in marketing. The contents are accurately weighed and both the buyer an seller can be absolutely sure of weight. This is especially in demand where the valued of products is high and the customer is critical.

The PREMIUM Bag Weigher is positioned between the source of powder (like storage bin etc.) and bag stitching machine. The filled bag can then be directly loaded on to the truck.

The filling of the bag is started by actuating the filler lever. The Bag Weigher is pre-caliberated when exact quantity of the material is filled in the bag, the flow will be stopped automatically of manually depending on the model. Then the bag is declamped and passed on to the stitching machine.
