PREMIUM BATCH COOKER (DRY RENDERER) is designed and manufactured for STERILISATION, HYDRONISATION, GELATISATION, DRYING, COOKING and RENDERING of ANIMAL BY PRODUCTS. PREMIUM BATCH COOKER is the most important part of DRY RENDERING PLANT and is manufactured in FIVE standard SIZES to suit the various plant capacities. Larger sizes or Special Sizes can be designed and manufactured to suit the specific requirement of client. COOKER is manufactured and tested as per PRESSURE VESSEL REGULATIONS prevailing in INDIA.
The COOKER is supplied with necessary VALVES, INSTRUMENTS, STEAM TRAP VALVE and SAFETY VALVE. The COOKER provided with appropriate INSULATION. COOKER is also supplied with MOISTURE METER and CONDENSOR as optional. The CAPACITY of BATCH in Kgs. Will change depending upon type of BY - PRODUCTS is being processed.
