A township has the large Cattle population that exist for providing milk, meat and provide the service of transportation. Place where meat is not consumed then animals which are not productive are left free and uncared for. Many charitable organizations collect old cows and maintain them as far as possible. In INDIA there are many Goshalas to accommodate such animals. When they die there is a problem of disposal. In some animals get killed accident. If the dead animals are left as it is they poultry and causes problem for surrounding area.

The dead animal can be processed and draw value. This is practiced in developed countries very scientifically :

All the tree can be obtained in the CARCASS utilization  Plant and converted into cash.
An efficiently run plant will have regular supply of dead animals. They are to be transported to plant within the shortest  time before strapping of putrification.  They receive information of location of dead animal. Trucks are sent for collection and taken for processing. All agencies involved have to recover  the cost and have to have incentives to do this work.
The dead animal is dehided manually and  horn and hoof which do not contain any valuable materials are discarded.
The dehided  animal are taken for sorting and processing. What is left is CARCASS. Large animal are available all over India in large quantity. There are mainly processed.
The animal is broken into smaller places or whole animal (Dehided) and fed into the PREBREAKER. PREBREAKER is an equipment that cuts the Carcass and the contained bones. The broken places will be of size of less that 2” (60mm). Because of high power the bones are also cut and small pieces of the above is collected from the PREBREAKER and fed into the Cooker. PREBREAKER  is usually supplied in large plants.

These plants have capacity to process 3 to 4 Carcass per  Hr. on continuous basis.

These plants can be supplied with or without Pre-Breaker.
The degree of  mechanization can be designed to suit the budget. The Boiler, Mechanical  Hoist, can be given as optional equipment. The plant is designed with the provision to increase the capacity to 1500 Lts. With minor additions. The equipments are selected as per modular concept. The centre can be put up near small town. The centre is usually promoted by Animal Husbandries  of the state / Co-operative.

These plants have capacity  to process more than 6-8 CARCASS Per Hr. of large capacity.
These plants have proper infrastructure to bring animals at the centre by Tractors / Trailors.  They are located  on District / Regional basis. These plants are install in the vicinity of metros or big cities.
The centre has proper size of the land to collect and process dead animals. The centre is connected with telephone line and act very promptly on the basis of  information.
The centre has heavy duty Pre-Breaker to break bone and flash into small and uniform size before they are FED into scientifically designed cooker with all ultra modern features. The plant have condenser viable yield to produce fat and meal of desired quality.
The centre has its own water processing plant, Boiler and Hoist to process the Raw Materials and finished goods. The centre is usually promoted by Municipal Corporation.

MODERN CARCASS UTILISATION PLANTS

DRY RENDERING PROCESS is used for these Plants. This includes dry rendering COOKER, complete with all the equipment right from automatic PREBREAKING, CRUSHING, LIFLING of meat offal’s & PREBROKEN CARCASS  for feeding to the cooker, automatic moisture control to determine the end of the COOKING PROCESS, PERCOLATING TANK WITH sieve plate to drain out FAT, hoist to lift the material, Centrifugal Fat Extractor, Feed Screw Conveyor, for milling Unit. Hammer Mill unit to reduce the size of Meat Particles to normal feed standards, Bag Closing Machine Fat Extraction Process, Filling of fat in Barrels, Complete Electric Control Panel for the CARCASS UTILISATION PLANT, spare & wear parts for various equipment and steam boiler unit for the plant. These plants are of 1500lts. & 1000lts. Capacity.

PREMIUM MILLING PLANT is complete installation having SCREW FEEDER with electric motor and gearbox, specially designed  Miracle Mill with Electric Motor. Base frame and complete steel structure to house complete plant with appropriate steel frame, staircase and railing to run the complete plant. DEFATTED CAKE is FED in the inlet of SCREW FEEDER at ground level Miracle Mill receives the material and pulveriser  with  the help of specially designed star STAR TYPE Grinding Elements, Screen mounted at the bottom of the mill decides the size of MEAT MEAL. The machine is supplied in TWO STYLES.

Magnate at the FEEDING POINT are provided to avoid any damage of mill and screen. The milling plant is offered in three standard sizes. Special size can be offered on request.

The STEAM JACKET is fitted to HEAT-UP the machine, so EXTRACTION of FAT is maximised. The FAT EXTRACTOR is supplied Removable Basket lifting arrangement and TROLLEY to transport BASKET to EXTRACTOR.

Specially designed SPINDLE and BEARINGS, CENTRIFUGAL CLUTCH and ELECTRICALLY INTERLOCKED BRAKE for safety of machine when CHARGE in BASKET become out of BALANCE.

Premium Super Miracle mill is developed keeping high performance in terms of production in mind. This is heavy duty star hammer mill with double ended star type grinding elements which will give many fold life with compared to standard flat type normally available in other conventional hammer mills we also can provide alternative designs of grinding elements, depending upon the application.

The mill is robust in design and is fabricated from heavy plates. The rotor assembly is housed in grinding chamber and is supported by split type bearing housings. ROTOR assembly is DYNAMICALLY balanced. Hinged typed hood with lifting color arrangement helps easy opening of mill, removal of rotor assembly for changing of hammers, screen and bearings is considered while designing.

Premium Super Miracle mills are available in four different sizes. These mills are available in M.S. as well as S. S. Construction. These mills are available with Bottom Discharge (gravity discharge) These Mills should have PLENIUM CHAMBER and Aspiration System consisting of Cyclone Collector with AIR-Lock Valve, Dust Collector and Blower. Feeding and collection arrangement also can be provided.

These Mills are usually supplied with Pulley, V-Belt Drive arrangement and STURDY BASE FRAME. .
Newly developed NFS (NEAR FULL SCREEN) SERIES with EASY CHANGING of SCREEN and HAMMER having 75% SCREENING AREA also available. These mills are known as SUPERMAX.

JET CONDENSOR are meant to condense the processing vapours from COOKER. These condensors are shell & tube type. The vapours pass through tubes with cooling water which is passing over the external surface in counterflow arrangement. The condensor made with Stainless Steel tubes and mild steel shell. They are made in standard sizes, as per Plant Capacity.

PERCOLATING TANKS are in rectangular shape and are manufacturer from heavy duty stainless steel plates. Perforated Steel Plate Screen, Steam Trap and Fat Drain, Cock are provided as standard features. PERCOLATING TANKS are manufactured in THREE standard sizes vise 50 Lts., 100 Lts. and 150 Lts. Capacity Special sizes can be manufactured if required. Intermidiatry Tank of 100 Lts. made out of S.S. is also supplied to collectt fat from Percolating Tank.
